Lori Crocker

Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Lori is responsible for the company’s legal matters. She advises the company on a broad range of legal matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment and benefits, cybersecurity and privacy, governance matters, consumer protection, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and corporate insurance.

Lori joined Onboard Partners in 2021, and prior to joining Onboard Partners, Lori was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for Sallie Mae Bank. During her 15 years with Sallie Mae, she was general counsel for the Upromise subsidiary, led the Legal Transactional Group, and was responsible for intellectual property, cybersecurity and privacy, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and served as corporate secretary for the Sallie Mae Board of Directors Risk and Compliance Committees. Prior to Sallie Mae, Lori was Corporate Counsel for The Holmes Group for 5 years.

Lori received her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, Legal Studies degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
