Krystine Ritzen

Vice President

Prior to joining Onboard Partners in 2021, Krystine spent ten years driving better business and customer outcomes through strategic execution, measurement, and optimization in the direct marketing space. She has worked in financial services industries including personal investing and insurance. At OP, Krystine supports the development of new client relationships, program management, and advisory services. Her expertise includes customer engagement, data analysis, project and campaign management, test and learn methodologies, developing new capabilities, and data-driven insights. She has worked extensively in Agile and is a certified Scrum Product Owner.

Krystine lives on and runs a small rescue farm where she takes in unwanted animals. She also fosters for several animal rescue organizations and volunteers as administrator for her local Buy Nothing group. She previously served on the board of ecoRI, a non-profit organization, including three terms as President. Krystine owns a motorcycle and rides whenever possible.
